RAJA and subsidiary to secure credit facility of USD 44.8 million from Bank Mandiri
JAKARTA. PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA) and one of its subsidiaries, PT Triguna Internusa Pratama (TIP), has signed a credit facility agreement from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) worth over USD 44.8 million.
Yuni Pattinasarani, Corporate Secretary of RAJA, said that there are 2 credit facilities received from BMRI, consisting of a term loan with limit set to USD 25 million and a bank-guaranteed loan with limit set to USD 60 billion. In addition, there is also an investment credit facility of a maximum of USD 19.8 million.
“The credit facility distributed by BMRI will be used for the company and its subsidiary’s investment purposes,” added Pattinasarani in the official disclosure.
Meanwhile, the credit facility obtained by TIP will be utilised to fund project.
According to IDNFinancials record, RAJA’s stock price has gone up 205 points or 13.44% since the beginning of the year (year-to-date/ytd) to IDR 1,730 per share. Meanwhile, within the past year, its price has actually skyrocketed 770 points or 80.21%. (KR/ZH)
