JAKARTA - PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS) will distribute interim dividend of IDR 34.91 billion or IDR 8 per share, taken out of its net profit in 2024. The company reportedly distributed its last dividend in 2013, over 10 years ago.

In the information disclosure quoted Monday (28/10), interim dividend distribution refers to financial report as of September 30, 2024, with net profit reaching USD 19.68 million, unrestricted retained earnings of USD 18.91 million, and total equity of USD 189.14 million.

The cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to November 5 and 6, with cum and ex dividend set to November 7 and 8. Then, the dividend payment on November 21, 2024, will be made referring to the recording date of the Official Register of Shareholders on November 7.

As of Q3 2024, the issuer booked revenue of USD 61.53 million, up from USD 51.21 million seen in the same period in 2023. As such, the gross profit also shifted positively to USD 18.37 million from USD 10.13 million, boosting its current year’s profit significantly to USD 27.21 million from USD 2.82 million. (LK/ZH)
