JAKARTA – Interim dividend of PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (BSSR) for the fiscal year (FY) of 2024 increased 50% to USD 30 million from USD 20 million seen in FY 2023. The dividend will be paid on November 21, 2024.

Bueno Jurnalis, Corporate Secretary of BSSR, mentioned that the interim dividend will refer to the decision made by the board of directors an approved by the board of commissioners per last week (25/10). “The dividend per share is set to USD 0.1146,” he added in the information disclosure quoted Monday (28/10).

The interim dividend will be disbursed referring to the financial report as of June 30, 2024, with net profit reaching USD 80.35 million, unrestricted retained earnings of USD 191.59 million, and total equity of USD 167.81 million.

The cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to November 5 and 6, followed by the cash market schedule on November 7 and 8. The distribution will be made referring to the recording date of the Official Register of Shareholders as of November 7, 2024.

In 2023, BSSR allocated interim dividend of USD 20 million, the distribution of which was based on the record of net profit of USD 125.58 million, unrestricted retained earnings of USD 149.67 million, and total equity of USD 225.89 million. (LK/ZH)
