JAKARTA - PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk (KEJU), the Prochiz cheese manufacturer, booked fantastic growth in its profit at the end of Q3 2024, supported by its revenue surge and finance cost efficiency.

Based on the Financial Report of Q3 2024 quoted today (29/10), KEJU booked profit growth of 122.86% year-on-year (yoy) to IDR 113.52 billion from IDR 50.93 billion reported in Q3 2023.

This profit surge resulted from significant improvement in its profit before taxes, reaching IDR 143.38 billion, or skyrocketing 120% yoy from IDR 65.30 billion.

Meanwhile, its gross profit also positively shifted to IDR 278.28 billion, or up 52.16% yoy from IDR 182.87 billion, boosting its gross profit up to 29.60% from the previous 24.86%.

KEJU reported net sales of IDR 939.18 billion in Q3 2024, up 28.22% yoy from IDR 732.42 billion in Q3 2023, recording the highest contribution from block cheese sales of IDR 719.37 billion, cheese slices of IDR 206.49 billion, and others of IDR 13.31 billion.

For the record, in Q3 2023, block cheese only managed to sell for IDR 589.31 billion, followed by cheese slices of IDR 126.68 billion, and others, IDR 16.42 billion. (LK/ZH)
