JAKARTA. PT Selamat Selamat Tbk (SMSM), an automotive component manufacturer, will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 201.55 billion or IDR 35 per share.

Ang Andri Pribadi, Deputy President Director of SMSM, conveyed that this plan was in accordance with the decision of the company's board of directors several days ago. "It was approved by the board of commissioners on October 30, 2024," said Pribadi, in his official statement.

Interim dividends will be distributed to SMSM shareholders whose names are recorded at the recording date on November 11, 2024. Interim dividend payments will be made on November 21, 2024.

According to idnfinancials.com data, SMSM recorded a net profit of IDR 719.37 billion in the first nine months (9M) of 2024. The company's balance of retained earnings without user restrictions was recorded at IDR 3.12 trillion and its total equity was IDR 3.83 trillion. (KR/LM)
