JAKARTA - PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) received a loan facility of IDR 1.5 trillion from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) for the development of the Deltamas area. This issuer manages the Deltamas area of ​​3,200 hectares (ha).

Tondy Suwanto, Director of DMAS said that the credit facility was signed at the beginning of this week (28/10). "The company received a non-revolving working capital credit facility, which can be utilized within a period of five years from the signing of the agreement," he said in a press release quoted on Friday (1/11).

The collateral for the credit facility is in the form of land collateral in Kota Deltamas, Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. With the development of this area, DMAS hopes that there will be an increase in profitability and continuity of company operations.

In the third quarter of 2024, DMAS recorded operating revenues of IDR 1.7 trillion or 93.6% of the 2024 target. This realization increased 71.8% compared to the same period last year of IDR 984 billion. Net profit was recorded at IDR 1.12 trillion, up 84.7% from the same period in 2023 of IDR 608 billion.
