Makna Prakarsa Utama takes over 73% of Mitra Tirta Buwana (SOUL)
JAKARTA - PT Mitra Tirta Buwana welcomed PT Makna Prakarsa Utama Tbk as a new controller and investor at the beginning of November. The investor bought nearly 730 million shares of the company that makes bottled water under the Hexsoul brand on Friday, November 1. Without hesitation, the new investor gained control of 73.21% of the company right away through the transaction through PT KB Valbury Sekuritas.
Additionally, PT Bogamulia Nagadi, the controlling shareholder of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), acquired 3.22 million shares in this pharmaceutical company. Next, PT Startel Communication acquired 800,000 shares of PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI), a company that provides helicopter rental services. Following that, two issuers declared their own share purchases: PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), a bread manufacturer, with 20,000 shares, and PT Lautan Luas Tbk (LTLS), a chemical company, with 548,200 shares.

Salween Investment Pte Ltd and Gochean Holdings Incorporated, two investors in PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG), which produces palm oil and rubber, were also continuing to reduce their shareholdings.
