JAKARTA. PT Impack Pratama Tbk (IMPC), a manufacturer of plastic building materials, has channelled extra capital worth IDR 79.9 billion to one of its subsidiaries engaged in the plastic manufacturing business line, PT Sirkular Karya Indonesia (SKI).

Lenggana Linggawati, Corporate Secretary of IMPC, mentioned that the extra capital was given alongside new shares issuance initiated by SKI. The number of these new shares is 80 milion.

IMPC, as the controlling shareholder of SKI, will take over 79.99 million of those new shares, leaving the remaining shares to be acquired by Phillip Tjipto.

“SKI is a subsidiary with stock ownership portion of 99.9%,” confirmed Linggawati in the information disclosure.

According to IDNFinancials data, SKI is a business entity established by IMPC in 2023. Total assets of SKI, prior to elimination, reached IDR 29.51 billion as of September 30, 2024. (KR/ZH)
