JAKARTA. PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF), a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) engaged in financing industry, is issuing Shelf-Registration Bond VI Phase IV Year 2024 with total principal of IDR 1.61 trillion.

The security is a part of a public offering program of Shelf-Registration Bond VI of MTF with target proceeds reaching IDR 5 trillion in total. Prior to this, MTF had issued bond Phase I of IDR 691.7 billion, Phase II of IDR 1.13 trillion, and Phase III of IDR 1.16 trillion.

For the round IV issuance, MTF is offering 2 series of bonds with principal worth IDR 423.7 billion for series A, and IDR 1.18 trillion for series B. The coupon offered for each series is set to 6.70% and 6.85% per annum.

For the record, MTF has obtained an “idAAA” rating from Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) for its issued bonds.

The bond offering will last from November 11 to 14, 2024, with the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange set to November 20, 2024.

The lead underwriters and joint underwriters assigned for this bond issuance of MTF are PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM). Meanwhile, the appointed trustee is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI). (KR/ZH)
