Petrosea to form new subsidiary in mining services industry
JAKARTA. PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) has established another new subsidiary called PT Lintas Kelola Berlaba (LKB) through one of its existing subsidiaries, PT Petrosea Infrastruktur Nusantara (PIN).
“The intention and purpose of LKB formation is to engage in mining services field, as well as professional, scientific, and technical activities,” added Anto Broto, Corporate Secretary of PTRO, in the official statement.
Broto further mentioned that LKB is formed with an authorised capital of IDR 20 billion, consisting of 20 thousand shares. Meanwhile, issued and paid-up capital of LKB clocks up to IDR 5 billion, split into 5 thousand shares.
In this subsidiary, PTRO, through PIN, controls 51% of the shares. The remaining 49% belongs to PT Pasir Bara Prima.
“LKB will support business activities of the company and expand its business reach as a part of the company’s expansion strategy, particularly in mining services,” said Broto. (KR/ZH)
