JAKARTA - Stock buying activity by foreign investors on Tuesday, November 12, resulted in foreign buying volume reaching 5.65 billion shares. Meanwhile, foreign sales volume stood at 5.37 billion shares. As a result, net foreign volume ended at 279.49 million shares.

Foreign investors began the top buy list by purchasing 1.94 billion shares of coal mining company PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) for a net volume of around 1.11 billion shares. The next share purchase was made to the general mining contractor services company PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA), whose shares were purchased for 269.13 million shares with a net volume of 205.65 million shares. In the domestic and foreign shipping services industry, about 66.31 million shares of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) were purchased, with a net volume of 60.20 million shares. Shares of the coal mining and palm oil plantation company PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA) were then purchased for 41.87 million shares, for a net volume of 32.54 million shares, followed by the purchase of 35.97 million shares of the property company PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), for a net volume of 26.96 million shares.

On the top sell list, 1.79 billion shares of digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) were sold, with a net volume of -427.26 million shares. Aside from that, shares of mineral mining business PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) were sold for 607.98 million shares, for a net volume of -415.44 million shares. In the telecoms industry, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) shares were sold for 175.85 million shares, with a net volume of -81.02 million shares. The next shares sold belonged to the banking company PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), which were sold for 156.99 million shares with a net volume of -78.82 million shares.
