JAKARTA - On Friday, November 8, Siauw Yunus Subandi made the decision to invest in PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk (JGLE), the company that runs the Jungle Series amusement park. This individual investor purchased over 1.16 billion shares of JGLE through PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia and seven other securities firms, formally becoming a new shareholder with 5.18% ownership.

Fitradityo Harjuno, another individual investor, then invested 194.13 million shares in PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk (NTBK), an issuer that produces and fabricates special vehicles. Lo Kheng Hong also increased his number of shares in PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM), an investment company in the coal mining industry, by nearly 630 thousand. Then, with a final share portion of 24.71%, PT Startel Communication acquired half a million shares of PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI), a helicopter rental company.

Additionally, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk claimed ownership of 55 million shares of the automobile company PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS). All of these shares were acquired from PT Sejahtera Raya Perkasa, another IMAS investor. Currently, Sejahtera Raya owns 8.73% of IMAS, while Trimegah Sekuritas owns about 11.52% of the shares.

This time, however, PT MNC Sekuritas was the investor with the biggest share reduction, releasing 65.21 million shares of PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG), a subsidiary of the MNC Group involved in the construction and operation of hotels and resorts. Then, through Citibank, N.A., the Government of Singapore sold 770 thousand shares of PT Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO), a digital bank.

Two foreign investors were once again noted as selling shares of PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG), a company that deals with palm oil and rubber. Gochean Holdings Incorporated and Salween Investment Pte Ltd each sold 4.6 million TAPG shares, reducing Gochean's ownership to 5.29% and Salween's to 7.27%. (KD)
