Hapsoro now claims 51.44% of MINA
JAKARTA – Hapsoro’s portion in PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk (MINA) increases to 51.44% after acquiring another 3.71% yesterday (20/11). Hapsoro’s shares in MINA are split into direct and indirect ownership through PT Basis Utama Prima (BUP).
In the information disclosure quoted Friday (22/11), Hapsoro mentioned that taking over shares in MINA is meant as an investment, as well as providing added value in its investment portfolio.
The number of shares acquired in yesterday’s transaction was 243.75 million, with price level set to IDR 23 per share or a total of IDR 5.6 billion.
Prior to this, BUP recorded ownership of 3 billion shares, or 45.71%, while Hapsoro had another 2.01% of total issued shares of MINA of 6.56 billion. Thus, in total, Hapsoro had a claim over 47.72% of total listed shares. (LK/ZH)
