JAKARTA - On Thursday, November 21, shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) were sold up to 1.43 billion shares, for a net volume of -267.24 million shares. These sales account for approximately 38% of the overall foreign sell volume, which stood at 3.73 billion shares. The foreign buy volume was recorded at 2.89 billion shares. As a result, net foreign volume closed at -839.82 million shares.

The share sales then continued with shares of the coal mining company PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), totaling approximately 528.56 million shares and a net volume of -384.51 million shares. Shares of general mining contractor services company PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA) were also sold for 187.52 million shares, and the net volume was -132.95 million shares. In the banking industry, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) shares were sold for 290.50 million shares, for a net volume of -122.67 million shares. In addition, 48.69 million shares of PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT), a petrochemical and energy business, were sold, for a net volume of -38.35 million shares.

Continuing with the share purchase list, foreign investors purchased 76.17 million shares of the domestic and foreign shipping services company PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) for a net volume of 55.37 million shares. Apart from that, 173.41 million shares of the mineral mining business PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) were purchased, with a net volume of 51.87 million shares. The shares of renewable energy business PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) were then purchased for 35.19 million shares with a net volume of 34.91 million shares, followed by the purchase of 30.17 million shares of latex glove manufacturer PT Haloni Jane Tbk (HALO) with a net volume of 27.01 million shares. Finally, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) shares in the telecommunications sector were purchased for 74.78 million shares, with a net volume of 26.27 million shares. (KD)
