CBPE pours IDR 85.71 billion to subsidiary
JAKARTA – PT Citra Buana Prasida Tbk (CBPE) has injected IDR 85.71 billion in capital into its subsidiary, PT Talaga Ambara Nuansa (TAN), which will focus on the company's core business in property development.
In a disclosure on Friday (22/11), Didi Omara, President Director of CBPE, stated that following the completion of the capital injection, TAN’s financial statements will be consolidated into the parent company’s financial reports. The extra capital for TAN came from CBPE's internal cash reserves.
TAN has an authorized capital of IDR 150 billion, with issued and paid-up capital of IDR 85.72 billion. The shareholding structure consists of CBPE holding 9.99% and Gaery Djohari holding 0.01%.
As of September 2024, CBPE’s cash and cash equivalents stood at IDR 103.47 billion, up from IDR 88.72 billion in December 2023. The company’s total assets reached IDR 319.04 billion, an increase from IDR 300.95 billion.
CBPE recorded revenue of IDR 69.66 billion as of September 2024, up from IDR 36.81 billion in the same period in 2023. Operating profit also surged to IDR 40.26 billion, compared to IDR 15.52 billion in the previous year. (LK)
