YULE secures the Best GCG Practice Awards from IICD
JAKARTA - PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (YULE) is recognised among Top 50 Midcap Public Listed Companies (PLCs) for the best good corporate governance (GCG) practices in 2024. This award was given to YULE by Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) in Jakarta, Monday (25/11).
Rudiantara, Chairman of IICD, stated that the IICD Corporate Governance Conference and Award is an annual event designed to acknowledge companies demonstrating excellence in GCG.
He highlighted that YULE was selected as one of the award recipients based on independent assessments conducted by IICD.
Agustinus Sumandar, Director and Corporate Secretary of YULE, warmly welcomed the award. "I am grateful to represent the Company in receiving the 'IICD Corporate Governance Awards Top 50 Mid Cap Emitters 2024' today. We extend our highest appreciation to the judges who, with their expertise in corporate governance, have selected us as one of the winners among the awarded emitters," he said.

It is worth noting that the advisory board of the institute includes notable figures such as Boediono, former Vice President of Indonesia (2009–2014), Airlangga Hartarto, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, and Djisman Simandjuntak, Rector of Prasetiya Mulya University. (LK/ZH)
