Hapsoro now owns 5.73% of Sanurhasta Mitra (MINA) shares
JAKARTA - On Friday, November 22, an individual investor by the name of Hapsoro became a new investor in PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk (MINA), a property developer in Sanur, Bali. Through PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, around 375.97 million MINA shares were acquired, giving this investor about 5.73% of the shares.
Additionally, Yulisar Khiat continued to increase his holdings of shares in Hermina Hospital operator PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL), this time by 1.40 million shares, after PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala added 3.88 million shares in financial services provider PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA). In smaller volumes, PT Bogamulia Nagadi, the controller of the pharmaceutical firm PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), purchased 457,800 shares of TSPC. Additionally, PT Startel Communication purchased 285,300 shares of PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI), a helicopter rental company.
PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama, on the other hand, released nearly 40 million shares of palm oil producer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), resulting in yet another highest share reduction. Also, Catur Jatiwaluyo sold 30 million shares of PT Paperocks Indonesia Tbk (PPRI), a paper packaging manufacturer. Haiyanto then sold 2.50 million shares of PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN), a real estate developer.
Then, through PT Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia, foreign investor Phillip Securities Pte Ltd released 280,200 shares of PT Sumber Mas Konstruksi Tbk (SMKM), a general contractor and interior design firm. Furthermore, through Citibank, N.A., investor OCBC Sec Pte Ltd subsequently sold 541,800 shares of PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK), a general contractor firm. (KD)
