JAKARTA - Wenzel Sutantio, Commissioner of PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (CMRY), rakes in IDR 45.05 billion after divesting 8.19 million of his shares for IDR 5,500 each. The action is intended for investment purposes.

Quoted from the information disclosure today (29/11), Dinar Primasari, Corporate Secretary of CMRY, mentioned that the shares’ sale was carried out in two separate terms, with the first one on November 22, and the second, November 28.

After this transaction, Sutantio’s portion in CMRY is down to 7.08%, or 561.80 million, from 7.18%, or 570 million shares.

The price set for divestment was higher than CMRY’s price recorded at the morning session today (29/11), of IDR 5,450 per share. However, CMRY’s price has indeed been corrected by 1.80% from IDR 5,550 on October 29, 2024. (LK/ZH)
