JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI, continues to transform to get closer to its loyal customers. One of the strategic steps is through the renewal of the BNI Emerald Center, now present with a new design and concept that is more modern and comfortable.

The BNI Emerald Center located at the BNI Central Jakarta Branch, for example, was officially launched in August 2024, and is part of BNI's efforts to improve the quality of service to premium customers.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said that the new BNI Emerald Outlet was designed with a more comfortable, modern concept, and presents a touch of luxury. This renewal is expected to provide a different experience for BNI Emerald and BNI Private customers.

"More elegant spaces, more complete facilities, and a more intimate atmosphere are the main focus of this renewal, so that customers feel more comfortable and prioritized during their visit," said Okki in his official statement.

SEVP Wealth Management BNI Steven Suryana said that the presence of the BNI Emerald Center with a new design is in line with BNI's commitment to providing comprehensive wealth management services, as well as becoming a trusted investment partner for the High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI) in Indonesia. This also reflects BNI's optimism regarding the growth of the wealth management business in the third quarter of 2024.

He revealed that the managed funds (assets under management/aum) for BNI Wealth Management customers continue to show a positive growth trend. BNI Private customers, who have managed funds of at least IDR 15 billion, recorded a growth of 20% year-on-year (YoY). Meanwhile, BNI Emerald customers, with managed funds of at least IDR 1 billion, grew by 11% YoY. This growth shows that BNI is increasingly trusted by HNWIs and UHNWIs in Indonesia in managing their investment portfolios.

Not only has its appearance changed, the new BNI Emerald Center is also equipped with various exclusive facilities, such as a private advisory room designed to facilitate customers in getting financial check-up services, consultations, and investment recommendations from Relationship Managers and Investment Specialists. In addition, there is also a comfortable meeting room that can be used by customers to discuss or hold business meetings.

BNI Emerald Center also provides a spacious lounge, which functions as a waiting room as well as an artistic venue for holding various private client events that discuss investment and lifestyle topics for BNI Emerald and BNI Private customers. This facility further enriches the customer experience, while strengthening their relationship with BNI.

Steven said, in the future, this new concept will also be applied to 14 other BNI Emerald Center locations spread across major cities in Indonesia.

Towards the end of 2024, BNI is increasingly optimistic that the total funds managed by Wealth Management will continue to increase. This is supported by the presence of investment account opening and Mutual Fund transaction features at wondr by BNI, which make it easier for customers to transact and monitor their investment portfolios in real-time. Of course, all of these services are equipped with assistance and advisory from experts at BNI Emerald, who are ready to provide the best investment solutions for their customers.
