JCI rebounded 2.11% today, foreign net buy reached IDR 2.08 trillion
JAKARTA. The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) in trading today Tuesday (3/12) strengthened (rebounded) 2.11% or 149.03 points to the level of 7,196.02, after falling earlier this week.
JCI touched its lowest point in today's trading at level 7,102.22, and touched its highest point at the close of today's trading. The number of shares traded was recorded at 20.08 billion shares, with a value of IDR 12.73 trillion in 1.62 million transactions.
The technology sector (IDXTECHNO) led the rise in the sectoral index, with an increase of 3.18%. Meanwhile shares of the transportation sector issuer (IDXTRANS) were in the red zone, with a decline of 0.31%.
PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) shares are at the top of the Top Leaders today with an increase of 4.62% or 29.12 IHSG points. Meanwhile, PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (TPIA) is at the top of the Top Laggards list, with a decline of 1.06% or 2.71 IHSG points.
Following today's increase in the IHSG, the total inflow of foreign funds (foreign buy) on the stock market today was recorded at IDR 7.46 trillion. Meanwhile, the total outflow of foreign funds (foreign sell) was IDR 5.38 trillion. This resulted in foreign investor transactions recording a net sale (net foreign buy) of IDR 2.08 trillion. (KR/LM)
