JAKARTA - PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia asserted ownership of over 1.68 billion shares of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI) on Friday, November 29. This investor instantly acquired 8.6% of the new shares in this real estate development company as a result of this transaction. Meanwhile, another ASRI investor, PT Manunggal Prime Development, released 1.12 billion shares, reducing their share portion from 26.81% to 21.08%.

Furthermore, in order to support the upstream oil and gas industry, PT Jalan Terang Samudra chose to invest 1.34 billion new shares in PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk (LEAD), a firm that provides integrated maritime services. This investor currently owns about 23.19% of LEAD shares through PT BCA Sekuritas.

Then, PT Bhinneka Life Indonesia purchased 835.33 million shares of PT Surya Permata Andalan Tbk (NATO), making it immediately a new investor with a 10.44% stake in the business that provides hotel, resort, and entertainment services.

Next, by purchasing 752.63 million shares, PT Kobin Keramik Industri became the new majority stakeholder with 62.55% of the ceramic manufacturing business PT Cahayaputra Asa Keramik Tbk (CAKK).

Additionally, after purchasing over 281.76 million shares of PT Bhakti Multi Artha Tbk (BHAT), a firm in the financial services industry, Eastern Peak Group Corporation, a foreign investor, was able to make a new investment in BHAT by acquiring 5.64% of the company's shares.

Conversely, the Industrial Bank of Korea, another foreign investor, decreased its holdings in PT Bank IBK Indonesia Tbk (AGRS) by 1.18 billion shares. Its shareholding dropped from 12.3% to 9.82%.
