PT Intermedia Capital Tbk (MDIA) was founded in 2008 under the name of PT Magazine Asia and immediately changed its name in the same year. The company is a subsidiary of PT Visi Media Asia. It is also the holding company of PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi that manages ANTV, one of the Indonesian national TV channels. ANTV broadcasts its programs on 44 network service areas, with the main network located in Jakarta. It covers 196 cities and regencies in Indonesia, with coverage reaching more than 192 million residents. The main office is on Kompleks Rasuna Epicentrum Lot 9, Setiabudi, Jakarta.
