PT Andalan Perkasa Abadi Tbk (NASA) or Ayana Land, is a property developer that focuses on apartments and villas in several sites in Indonesia. It was founded in 2014 and was known as PT Ayana Land International Tbk before changing its name in 2020. It has two subsidiaries: Ayana Hotel Internasional, the operator of Mahala Hasa Villa in Seminyak, and Ayana Properti Internasional, the operator of The Ayatana Apartment in Bintaro and Ayatana Village.
