JAKARTA. PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (POWR) arranges its interim dividend distribution of USD 22.94 million, equivalent to IDR 326.55 billion in total, scheduled for next December.
This plan is made based on the result of a joint meeting among the boards of directors and commissioners of the company back on November 10, 2021. “The company had decided and agreed on the interim dividend payouts for the fiscal year 2021, whose fund source would come from the company’s retained earnings,” the management confirmed in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (12/11).
The interim dividends would be disbursed in rupiah, using the BI mid-rate on November 10, 2021, of IDR 14,233 per USD. Thus, the interim dividends would amount to IDR 20.72 per share.
The cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to November 22, 2021, and the cash market’s on November 24, 2021. The interim dividends would be granted to shareholders officially listed by November 24, 2021, at 4.15 PM WIB. Next, the payment will be made on December 10, 2021.
According to idnfinancial.com, POWR recorded a net profit of USD 66.14 million by the end of this September. It kept unrestricted retained earnings of USD 284.94 million and managed equity that totalled USD 695.9 million. (KR/ZH)
