JAKARTA – PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IFF) secured a term loan facility worth IDR 2 trillion from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) last week (17/11).
Reynaldi Hermansyah, President Director of Indonesia Infrastructure Finance, claimed that this facility would be utilised to fund several infrastructure projects. “The term loan facility has taken effect since yesterday. However, the company has yet to make any withdrawal,” he announced in the information disclosure Wednesday (25/11).
As of September 2021, IIF scored a loan distribution of IDR 9.35 trillion while receiving loans of IDR 3.65 trillion. Its total equity amounted to IDR 2.16 trillion. The obtained loans originated from BMRI of IDR 1 trillion, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN) of IDR 750 billion, and PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI) of IDR 500 billion.
On September 23, 2021, the company also acquired an Omnibus Trade Finance facility worth IDR 500 billion from BDMN. It was also channelled to fund infrastructure projects. (LK/ZH)
