JAKARTA. PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM) expects its performance to continue to pick up following the surge in its net profit of 73.69%, reaching USD 95.48 million or IDR 1.36 trillion in the first half of 2022.
Adrian Erlangga Sjamsul, Director of ABM Investama, believed that the financial performance in the second half of 2022 ought to rise better than the first half as the operational performance volume keeps improving. Furthermore, new pieces of equipment have reportedly been arriving to boost its operational performance.
However, Sjamsul is reluctant to specify the profit and revenue target of ABMM by the end of this year. “I cannot disclose [the number]. All in all, the volume will be bigger than the first half of 2022,” he reaffirmed, as quoted by Bisnis yesterday (5/9).
In the first half of 2022, ABMM managed to record a significant increase of 73.69% in its net profit, bringing it to USD 95.48 million or IDR 1.36 trillion from the initial USD 54.97 million or IDR 785.29 billion in the first half of 2021. (AM/ZH)
