Rukun Raharja secures USD 30 million credit facility from Bank Mandiri
JAKARTA. PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA), a company involved in the natural gas and compressed natural gas (CNG) business, has obtained a credit facility worth USD 30 million.
Said facility has been secured from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI). “The credit facility gained from BMRI will be utilised to fund investment needs of the company and its subsidiaries,” Yuni Pattinasarani, Corporate Secretary of RAJA, explained.
For the record, the tenor and the interest rate of this credit facility are not publicly disclosed.
Based on IDNFinancials data, RAJA has recently won the tender for the work area of Central Jabung, Jambi, alongside PT Cipta Niaga Gemilang. RAJA had previously handled the construction and operation of crude oil pipe that bridges the Balam-Bangka Dumai corridor and Minas- Duri Dumai corridor.
Within the past year, RAJA’s stock price has increased 875 points or 472.97% higher to IDR 1,060 per share. At the beginning of 2022, its stock price was stuck at IDR 185 per share. (KR/ZH)
