Alfamidi's logistics partner to offer 700 million shares in IPO
JAKARTA. PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics Tbk (LAJU), a logistics company in partnership with Alfamidi, will issue 700 million units of its shares in an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
All shares offered in the IPO will be equal to 32.56% of LAJU's entire issued and paid-up capital post-IPO. Each share has a par value of IDR 25 per share and will be offered for a price that ranges between IDR 100 to IDR 150.
In the published prospectus, LAJU is said to allocate approximately 57.82% of IPO proceeds to acquire assets. The remaining 76.29% will then be utilised to cover its working capital needs.
The book building phase of LAJU's IPO is set to last until January 6, 2023. Meanwhile, the IPO itself is scheduled to take place from January 17 to 19, 2023, before finally being listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on January 24, 2023.
LAJU has assigned PT NH Korindo Sekuritas Indonesia as the lead underwriter, saving the names of other underwriters to be announced later.
As of November 30, 2022, LAJU recorded total assets of IDR 104.94 billion. Meanwhile, its revenue at the end of November 2022 clocked up to IDR 133.58 billion, while its net profit reached IDR 10.74 billion. (KR/ZH)
