Panin Sekuritas held a buyback of 3.15 million shares
JAKARTA. PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk (PANS) had completed a share buyback of 3,152,100 units throughout October-December 2022.
Pratama Nugraha, Director of PANS, claimed that the budget spent by the company for this buyback clocked up to IDR 5.88 billion. “It did not include transaction fees,” he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
For the record, PANS only realised 11.75% of the initial buyback budget. In September 2022, the company announced its decision to repurchase its own shares with an allocated budget of IDR 50 billion.
Today, PANS’s stock price is seen weakening 0.52% to IDR 1,905 per share at the end of the first trading session. However, said price actually shifted 625 points or 48.83% year-on-year (yoy) higher than IDR 1,280 per share. (KR/ZH)
