JAKARTA. PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) will raise fresh funds of IDR 450 billion through the issuance of the Shelf-Registration Bonds III Phase I Year 2022.

These bonds will be offered in three series. Series A will be offered with a principal of IDR 231.28 billion and a coupon of 10.50%. Then, series B will be valued at IDR 60.43 billion, boasting a coupon of 11.25%, while series C has a principal of IDR 55.18 billion with a 12% coupon.

For the record, this first phase of bonds issued by BCAP is a part of a more extensive public offering of Shelf-Registration Bonds III, aiming for total proceeds of IDR 750 billion. The remainder of the bonds’ principal will be guaranteed by BCAP with its best effort.

In the prospectus, BCAP mentioned that it will use 45% of the proceeds of the bonds issuance as an additional working capital for PT MNC Sekuritas. Meanwhile, another 33% will be channelled to PT MNC Guna Usaha Indonesia, and the remaining 22% will be advanced to PT MNC Finance.

The public offering periof of BCAP’s bonds will last from January 4 to 5, 2023. The distribution of these bonds is scheduled to take place on January 10, 2023, while the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) will follow on January 11, 2023.

BCAP assigns PT MNC Sekuritas and PT Sucor Sekuritas as the underwiters and appoints PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) as the trustee. (KR/ZH)
