JAKARTA. PT Voksel Electric Tbk (VOKS) is issuing the Shelf-Registration Bonds I Phase II Year 2023 with a principal worth IDR 100 billion.

These bonds are part of a more extensive public offering programme of the Shelf-Reigstration Bonds I, which aims to raise IDR 350 billion in total. Previously, in October 2022, the company had issued bonds with a principal of IDR 250 billion.

For these Phase II Year 2023 bonds, VOKS offers an annual fixed interest rate of 10.60%. The bonds’ tenor is also set to three years.

The public offering of these bonds is scheduled to take place from January 19 to 25, 2023. Meanwhile, the electronic distribution will follow on January 30, 2023, before finally being listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on January 31, 2023.

According to the official disclosure, the management of VOKS claimed that the funds raised through the issuance of these Phase II Year 2023 bonds will be allocated to cover its operational expenditure, especially the power cable and fibre optic business line.

VOKS has named PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia as the underwriter, while PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) will act as the trustee. (KR/ZH)
