JAKARTA – PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) will offer the Shelf-Registration Bonds Phase II Year 2023 worth IDR 1.1 trillion next week, on January 24-25, 2023. The company manages to secure an “A+” rating from PT Fitch Rating Indonesia regarding this bonds issuance.

As quoted today (13/1), these bonds will be issued in three series. Series A has a face value of IDR 617 billion with an annual interest rate of 6.250% for a year, while series B is worth IDR 227 billion and equipped with an annual interest rate of 7% for two years. Lastly, series C is offered for IDR 256 billion, available for three years, and has an annual interest rate of 7.375%.

The entire proceeds of the bonds issuance will be used to reinforce capital, expecially investment financing, working capital, and multi-purpose financing.

Until September 2022, BFIN collected revenue of IDR 3.84 trillion, dominated by the financing credit of IDR 3.60 trillion. For comparison, in the same period in 2021, the company recorded revenue of IDR 2.96 trillion, to which IDR 2.75 trillion was generated by the financing credit sector.

The guarantor of these bonds consist of PT BCA Sekuritas of 30%, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas of 26.65%, PT Mandiri Sekuritas of 26.40%, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) of 16.81%. (LK/ZH)
