JAKARTA - On Wednesday, January 11, PT Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk (RUIS), an issuer that provides support services to the oil and gas industry, welcomed a new investor. Aldo Pratama Purnomo is the new individual investor who purchased 38,750,200 shares of RUIS and now owns 5.03% of the company. Haiyanto, an existing individual investor, on the other hand, sold 10.89 million RUIS shares, reducing his ownership from 23.55% to 22.14%.

Following that, 24,83 shares of PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS) were added to the portfolio of one of its largest shareholders, PT Putra Borneo Agro Lestari. PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya is also said to have purchased 1.24 million shares of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD), while PT Jaya Real Property Tbk purchased 1.17 million shares of its own. Next, Antonius Gunawan Gho, an individual investor, purchased 7.65 million shares of coal trading issuer PT Sumber Global Energy Tbk (SGER).

According to the divestment reports, GOTO Peopleverse Fund is still the shareholder that released the most shares. GPF released more than 130.5 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) this time, leaving only 7.16% ownership. Following that, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala continued to sell 9.14 million shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA). Furthermore, Wahyu Adi Susilo, an individual investor, sold 32.69 million shares of PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU), while Thio Andrianto sold 7.04 million shares of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID).
