JAKARTA – PT Jaya Realty Property Tbk (JRPT) has realised IDR 49.91 billion for the shares buyback from October 14, 2022, to January 13, 2023.

Based on the information disclosure quoted today (16/1), Tina S. Hadisumarto, Corporate Secretary of JRPT, revealed that the repurchased shares clock up to 106.76 million units, bought for IDR 468 per share. “The remaining buyback budget is IDR 82.58 billion,” she mentioned.

According to Hadisumarto, the total budget realised for the buyback from December 20, 2019, until today has amounted to IDR 344.51 billion in total.

The highest price exercised in the corporate action reportedly reaches IDR 565 per share. It was applied to 43.32 million units of shares repurchased from January 4 to April 4, 2021. Meanwhile, the lowest price was set to IDR 399 per share for 12.32 million units of shares bought from March 13 to June 5, 2020. (LK/ZH)
