JAKARTA – PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) has formed a joint venture named PT Jasamarga Akses Patimban (JAP) to handle the Patimban Toll Road project.

Nixon Sitorus, Corporate Secretary of Jasa Marga, confirmed that the company will place in 13,750 units of shares worth IDR 13.75 billion. “They are equal to 55% of the issued and paid-up capital of JAP,” he said, as quoted in the information disclosure today (18/1).

Other parties involved in JAP formation are PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA) 22%, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI), PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA), which owns 6% each, and PT Subang Sejahtera (SS) of 5%.

JAP’s obligation scope includes the construction, operation, and maintenance of the toll road, as well as managing other business. (LK/ZH)
