Goto Peopleverse Fund to divest its portion in GOTO
JAKARTA – GOTO Peopleverse Fund (GPF), one of the shareholders of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), has reportedly transferred 63.23 million units of its shares in its transaction yesterday (18/1).
Referring to the data independently processed by IDNFinancials today (20/1), the shares have been transferred continuously since December 2, 2022. Its portion was initially at 9.03%, or approximately 106.90 billion units of shares. Its portion is down to 7.1%.
The number of shares transferred in the last round was not even the highest. On December 2 and 5, 2022, GPF also divested 16.31 billion and 2.04 billion units of shares.
Until December 31, 2022, GOTO's shares reportedly amounted to 1.17 trillion units. Public investors claimed the highest portion of shares of 62.48%, followed by GPF of 7.21%, SVF GT Subco of 8.71%, Taobaco China Holding of 8.84%, Government of Singapore of 5.81%, PT Saham Anak Bangsa 2.27%, and others of 4.68%.
