JAKARTA - Gafur Sulistyo Umar returned to claim 980 million shares of PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) on Wednesday, January 18, after selling many shares of OASA last year. This investor, who is also the director of this renewable energy issuer, skyrocketed his stake from 9.49% to 37.97%.

Furthermore, Andika Rahman, another individual investor, became a new shareholder of PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (ZATA). A total of 680 million shares were purchased, giving the new investor 8% of ZATA's ownership. PT Lembur Sadaya Investama, ZATA's controlling shareholder, on the other hand, sold 720 million shares, reducing its ownership percentage from 70.69% to 62.22%.

Wiwoho Handarben, another individual investor, purchased 73.92 million shares, or approximately 6.87% of PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk (KIOS). Furthermore, PT Triton Laut Biru purchased 2.41 million shares of PT Trimegah Karya Pratama Tbk (UVCR), and the controlling shareholder, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, purchased 1.11 million shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA).

In terms of investor divestment, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund continues to disperse 62.23 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). PT Investasi Sukses Bersama also reduced its ownership of 35.5 million shares of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI). Finally, a foreign investor, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd., sold 5,280,000 shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) and 5,015,000 shares of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO). (KD)
