JAKARTA - Andika Rahman poured IDR 57 billion to buy up 600 million shares of PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (ZATA) at a price of IDR 95 per share, in a transaction last week (18/1).

In the disclosure published on Tuesday (24/1), Andika Rahman previously only owned 80 million shares or 0.94% of the capital issued by ZATA. After yesterday's transaction, Andika Rahman owned an 8% stake in the modest fashion company.

There’s not much information on Andika Rahman. However, it was explained that he is domiciled at Griya Bukit Jaya, Gunung Putri, Bogor.

As of December 2022, ZATA recorded 8.49 billion shares, with an owner structure namely, PT Lembur Sadaya 72.93%, Elidawati 4.59%, Eva Hanura Luziana and Henda Rohenda each 0.71%, Sukaesih 1.06% , as well as the public 20%. (LK/LM)
