JAKARTA - PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (BCIC) has met the minimum core capital (MIM) of IDR 3 trillion after receiving an injection of IDR 360 billion.

Pey Fang Ong, Corporate Secretary of PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (BCIC) said that shareholders have increased their paid-up capital by the end of 2022. "The additional paid-up funds will need time to be evaluated before getting approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK)," he said as quoted Wednesday (25/1).

According to him, the capital injection is part of the company's core capital component, which will be included in the 2022 audited financial report.

"The company's capital structure has strengthened and will support sustainable business development," he said. (LK/LM)
