JAKARTA - Bobby Gafur Umar's acquisition of 3.29 billion OASA shares was completed on Friday, January 20. After purchasing 980 million and 1.2 billion shares in the previous days, this investor, also known as Gafur Sulistyo Umar, then purchased 1,114,075,000 shares of PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) for a total ownership of 58.13%.

Furthermore, 15.4 million shares of PT Putra Rajawali Kencana Tbk (PURA) were added to the portfolio of PT Igelcorp Nusantara Kapital, and PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS) purchased 15 million of its own shares. Besides that, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk purchased another 7.57 million shares of PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR), while PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala increased its ownership of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) by 7.04 million shares.

Meanwhile, this time, the decision to reduce ownership came from two controlling shareholders. First, PT Selis Investama Indonesia released 3.44 million shares of PT Gaya Abadi Sempurna Tbk (SLIS), an electric bicycle issuer, while PT Indosterling Sarana Investa sold 2.61 million shares of PT Indosterling Technomedia Tbk (TECH).

Furthermore, a foreign investor, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd., divested by selling 101,922,500 million shares of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO), followed by the sale of 1.91 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP). Finally, 52.14 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) are being released by the GOTO Peopleverse Fund. (KD)
