TBN divested its portion in SPAM Cikokol
JAKARTA – PT Tirta Bangun Nusantara (TBN) has divested its entire portion in PT Tirta Kencana Cahaya Mandiri (TKCM) for IDR 55 billion. TBN is a subsidiary of PT Potum Mundi Infranusantara (PMI), a water management and clean water infrastructure company under META group.
Dahlia Evawani, Corporate Secretary of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), the parent company of TMI, confirmed that the buyers are PT Bahtera Hijau Mandiri (BHM) and BHS, both splitting the TCKM’s shares to 26.95 million units or 99.99% and 547 units or 0.02%, respectively.
“The transaction will cut off assets and equity of the company, but will not significantly harm the performance,” Evawani further mentioned in the information disclosure quoted Monday (30/1).
TBN was the owner of 28% of TCKM, claiming 26,957,547 shares in total. TCKM is known as the holder of the concession of Drinkable Water Supply System (lit.
