JAKARTA - The pre-sales realization of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) was recorded at IDR 8.8 trillion in 2022, 14% above the  target of IDR 7.7 trillion.

In a press release quoted on Monday (30/1), Hermawan Wijaya, Director of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) said that the pre-sales biggest contributor was from the Residential Segment amounting to IDR 5.1 trillion. Followed by pre-sales of the Commercial Business Unit Segment (commercial land, strata title apartments and shop houses) of IDR 2.1 trillion and joint venture land sales of IDR 1.6 trillion.

According to Wijaya, the contribution of the BSD City project to revenue is 56%, followed by the Nava Park project 22%, Grand Wisata Bekasi 11%, Kota Wisata Cibubur 7% and The Zora 5%.

Significant pre-sales of BSD City projects include Grand Freja and Freja Chic, Tanakayu Jiva, Svani, Svadhi, Svasti and Chava. The housing prices launched were in the range of IDR 1 billion-IDR 3 billion (42%), prices were IDR 3 billion-IDR 5 billion (24%), prices were IDR 5 billion-IDR 10 billion (18%), and prices were IDR 10 billion (16%).
