JAKARTA - PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) shares managed to boost foreign buying on Thursday, January 26, with a sales volume of 317.61 million shares. BUMI's net volume itself was 253.91 million shares. On the other hand, PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares recorded a net volume of -251.85 million, with a volume sold by foreign investors reaching 871,774,400. In total, foreign investors bought 2.41 billion shares while selling 2.36 billion, for a net volume of 41,062,600 shares.

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) shares followed BUMI with the second highest volume of foreign purchases, 106.90 million shares, and a net volume of 57.11 million shares. Following that, foreign investors bought 69.50 million PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) shares and 54.37 million PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) shares. Both issuers reported net volumes of approximately 30 million units each. Foreigners also purchased 27.97 million shares of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM), for a net volume of 22.68 million shares.

However, many foreign investors released shares from PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) this time, with a volume of 158.31 million. At minus 64.51 million shares, the net volume of ACES was quite low. Furthermore, foreign investors sold up to 80.88 million shares of PT Panin Financial Tbk (PNLF), resulting in a net volume of -45.51 million. Finally, 50.17 million shares of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) and 25.04 million shares of PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) were also sold by foreign shareholders. (KD)
