Twenty million shares of IndoSterling Technomedia (TECH) were taken over directly by two investors from the controlling shareholder
JAKARTA - On Wednesday, January 25, the controlling shareholder of PT IndoSterling Technomedia Tbk (TECH), PT Indosterling Sarana Investa, sold 20,247,338 TECH shares. PT KB Valbury Securities, with 18,000,000 shares, and DBS Vickers Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd, with 2,247,338 shares, were the other two shareholders who immediately took over the shares.
Furthermore, Haiyanto, an individual investor, purchased 1,800,000 shares of PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN). The KPS Cooperative of PT Pembangunan Perumahan then purchased 1.58 million shares in one of PT PP's subsidiaries, PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE). In addition, Auric Digital Retail Pte Ltd., a Singapore-based foreign investor, purchased 580,000 shares of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF), a modern retail issuer.
On the divestiture side, PT Selis Investama Indonesia, the company's majority shareholder, sold 22.84 million shares of PT Gaya Abadi Sempurna Tbk (SLIS). Furthermore, GOTO Peopleverse Fund continued to release PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO) shares by 106.41 million, followed by UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd, which sold 1,070,000 shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP), and Bintang Bara B.V., which sold 530,000 shares of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA).
