JAKARTA - Two PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN) investors were seen increasing their share of ownership of this issuer's property on Tuesday, January 31. Individual investor Haiyanto was the first to purchase 41 million MDLN shares, increasing his stake to 9.33%. Not only that, but PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk added 10.5 million shares, increasing its equity stake slightly to 8.32%.

Still with the decision to add shares, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), a coal contractor holding issuer, bought back 2.3 million shares, while Ramajanto Tirtawisata, an investor and vice director of the company, bought 1.36 million shares of PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR), a tourism issuer. PT Investasi Sukses Bersama also acquired 700,000 shares of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI).

On the other hand, PT IndoSterling Technomedia Tbk (TECH) shares were transferred in the amount of 2,405,000 shares from the controlling shareholder, PT IndoSterling Sarana Investa, to DBS Vickers Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Several foreign investors also reduced their stakes in some companies, beginning with the GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which sold 42.15 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk, followed by Bintang Bara B.V., which sold 3.2 million shares of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA) and concluding with 2.69 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP), released by UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd.
