JAKARTA – PT Hassana Boga Sejahtera Tbk (NAYZ) has allocated IDR 30 billion to build a new production facility for baby/toddler food and purchase new machine. The construction of this factory will start in the first quarter of 2023.

Quoted from the press release on Monday (6/2), Lutfiel Hakim, President Director of NAYZ mentioned that the factory is planned to be built in Gunung Sindur, Bogor, West Java. “Whereas the machine and equipment purchases will be made in the fourth quarter of 2023,” he added.

Based on the prospectus, NAYZ’s land bank in Curug, Gunung Sindur, has an area of 5,027 m2. As of now, the company has acquired more land spanning 6,135 m2 in the same location.

Meanwhile, the machine in question includes Ribbon Mixer Platindo, Vacuum Packing Machine Hualian DZ400 and DZ500, Coding Machine LT100, Shrink Tunnel Machine Bs-4535, Pudding Mixer, and Continuous Sealer.

NAYZ just listed 510 million units of its shares in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) this morning. In its initial public offering (IPO) that took place from January 31 to February 2, 2023, the company aimed to raise IDR 51 billion of fresh funds. (LK/ZH)
