JAKARTA - On Wednesday, February 1, five individual investors invested in PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk (HAIS), one of the issuers engaged in river and sea transportation services in South Kalimantan. The new investors are Hasnuryani, Yuni Abdi Nur Sulaiman, Rachmadi HAS, Nila Susanti, and Hasnuryadi Sulaiman. Interestingly, after each investor purchases 147,070,000 shares, they directly hold the same percentage of ownership, which is 5.6%.

Furthermore, PT Indosterling Sarana Investa, the controlling shareholder of PT IndoSling Technomedia Tbk (TECH), transferred 3,153,300 more shares to DBS Vickers Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk, on the other hand, sold 30 million shares of PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA), a trading and export-import company. Then, from foreign investors, GOTO Peopleverse Fund still released 1,666,160,336 shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), and UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd sold 2,040,000 shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP).
