JAKARTA - PT Aviana Sinar Abadi Tbk (IRSX) made its debut by listing its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Tuesday (7/2). Of the listed shares, 4 billion founder shares and 1 billion public shares.

Panji Pramana, Main Director of PT Aviana Sinar Abadi Tbk (IRSX) said that the total funds collected from the capital market were IDR 100 billion. "This shows market confidence in the company's fundamentals and prospects," he said during the initial listing of shares on the IDX.

According to him, his party is optimistic that it can have an impact on the technology industry by carrying out innovation and business development.

Simultaneously, this computer programmer company issued 1.4 billion Series I warrants. Each holder of five shares is entitled to seven Series I warrants.

"Funds from Series I warrants for working capital include financing operational needs, cloud infrastructure costs, and promotion and marketing," he said.

IRSX shareholders include PT Mitra Digital Investindo (MDI) with a total of 1.08 billion shares. PT Harapan Ruang Investindo (HRI) 960 million, PT Buana Megah Wicaksana (BMW) 760 million, PT Investasi Gemilang Maju (IGM) 600 million, and PT Investindo Buana Ultima (IBU) 600 million. (LK/LM)
