JAKARTA. PT Temas Tbk (TMAS) has carried out a buyback of 19,344,400 shares from 7 November 2022 to 6 February 2023.

The number of shares bought back is equivalent to 0.34% of the issued and fully paid capital of TMAS. The buyback of TMAS shares was carried out at an average price of IDR 1,940 per share.

Marthalia Vigita, Corporate Secretary of TMAS, said that the total funds that have been channeled by the company for share buybacks are IDR 37.53 billion. Meanwhile, the remaining share buyback funds remained at IDR 12.47 billion.

"By submitting this report, the company's share buyback process for the period November 7 2022 to February 6 2023 has been declared complete," said Vigita.

In trading on Wednesday (8/2), TMAS's share price closed up 80 points or 3.27% to IDR 2,530 per share. Meanwhile, over the past year, the company's share price has increased by 250 points or 10.96%. (KR/LM)
