JAKARTA - On Friday, February 3, PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk (SDRA), aka Bank Woori Saudara, welcomed a new investor, PT Apramesis Meta Investama. This new investor purchased 581,052,024 shares, giving it an immediate 6.78% stake in the bank, which is also a subsidiary of Woori Bank Korea.

Furthermore, PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk purchased 30 million shares of PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA), a trading and export-import issuer, while PT Anugerah Bumiputra purchased 10.59 million shares of PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI), a helicopter renting issuer. Not only that, but PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT) and PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) also bought back their own shares, totaling 8,676,300 JRPT and 2,500,000 DOID, respectively.

PT Erdhika Elit Sekuritas, on the other hand, sold 3,000,000 shares of cable producer PT Kabelindo Murni Tbk (KBLM), while individual investor Romo Nitiyudo Wachjo released 2.74 million shares of PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk (OKAS), an oil and gas and mining holding company. From foreign divestitures, GOTO Peopleverse Fund also released 28.17 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), followed by UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd. selling 1,030,000 shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) and Bintang Bara B.V. selling 910,000 shares of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA).
